Good call Mrs. But let's not cherry pick scripture. Read the entire book of romans. Now we're talking!

maybe it's ego, maybe it's fact. I don't think the ones who questioned it work with or for you, nor do you work for them, near as I can tell.

so, IMO it's pointless to debate it, since it can't be proven.

What shall I admit? That I don't like you?? OK. I don't like you. I can't put my finger on the exact reason WHY I don't; I just don't. It's a lot of things. You just rub me the wrong way. It's a combo of a lot of things. You're attitude. Your smarmy Know-it-all, I'm never wrong attitude, for one. Maybe it's just as simple as you're from Massachusetts and I despise that whole way of thinking up there and every post of yours I read, I hear that nasally, horrid accent.
Maybe it;s just the fact that you keep replying to me while telling me who bad i am to you. Trust me, you don't know what being bad to you is, if you think this is bad.

But, I'll make you a deal. I'll stop replying to or about you. I'll just pray for you, like i do most people I don't like and I'll pray that I can find a way to remove that angst that I have about you as long as you'll stop replying to or referring to me,. Deal?

Like I said,

I was referring to the New England accent in general. There's one more reason I don't like you. You think EVERYTHING is about you

If memory serves, you agreed to help me out with a project within the past year or 2, and what was it... Three deadlines you gave me that came and went? And after I finally called you out on it, you had better things to do and nothing ever got done.

Now what were you saying?

I close my case that you guys just do NOT read.

You're right, you never asked the Mods to shut down anything. You did, however, say that you'd like the Mods to

take a look at this 'religion' tab

because

it has definitely lost its way

because it isn't

a place where people can come in and ask for prayer, ask for help, share any struggles, and have their questions answered.

Which to me sure sounds like you want the Mods to come in and clean house a bit because it's

a huge turn off for a lot of people that would otherwise be interested in maybe being ministered to

in other words, more believers and fewer:

atheists... coming in here... to start controversies and fights.

Just another case of me not reading your posts, I suppose.

Regarding fairness, why dont the atheists simply ask the mods to add an "Atheist or non believer" tab, and you guys can live happily ever after there. Should take him all of 1 minute to add that. Then all FOUR of you (or so) can have your own little hell place.
Solves both problems actually right? The Christians can invite people in that need ministered to, and the atheists can sit around agreeing with one another without getting ugly(er), or causing controversy. ( I'm pretty confident that the Believers won't invade your board and start criticizing you for your non beliefs either. I Know I wont!)
See? We can either be part of expanding the problem, OR we can offer a solution.
And yes I do know the book of Romans quite well, especially where it states that every knee , EVERY knee shall bow before Him one day. So? Shall we simply resolve, or stay status quo?

Better yet even... I'll ask. Hey mods and Joe? Can you please add another tab for the non believers? It's obviously taken a big poopie. Thanks.

Perhaps you're missing the point of a "forum", where ideas and opinions can be freely exchanged. I enjoy meaningful conversations with believers, because it challenges my (non-)faith and forces me to think about things I may not have otherwise thought about. While I may not end up changing my mind, I at least keep my mind open enough to consider alternatives and how those may fit into all the beliefs I have.

An intelligent parry is how we all grow in our faith and knowledge. Just because we don't agree with each others' beliefs doesn't mean we can't learn from them and become better people because of it.

I would rather not splinter the "religious discussion" portion of the forums into "believers" and "non-believers". Separate-but-equal hasn't exactly worked well in this country in the past, and jumping into an echo chamber where we only hear what we want to hear is not how we grow our faith and knowledge about any topic.
