Pretty useful screenshot/click recorder for either troubleshooting or documenting errors.

Search psr in the windows 7 search bar. It'll pop up a bar that allows you to "start recording" your clicks and such. After you click stop, it'll give you a dialog box to save a .zip file somewhere. When you open it, it will have a .mht file that has a list of all the steps the user took as well as an accompanying screenshot. Super cool.

Also, if you have Windows 7, don't use Alt-Tab to cycle through windows, use Windows-Tab. Badass.
