9/11 was his FIRST and LAST attack upon the US under the Bush Administration.

I love how Obama gets blamed for everything in the world that is wrong, and he did from about 2 months into his presidency...but Bush gets a total pass on 9/11...when he had been in office for 9 months...and had intelligence that the terrorists were planning on attacking us.

The plot to attack the US was hatched and training for that may have begun during the last months of Clinton's administration.
The real planning and the attack itself occurred during Bush's Presidency, as it was planed.

They waited til President Bozo The Clown was in office to carry out the attack for a reason. I'm tired of reading that "it was the previous administrations weakness that caused 911".
