John Fogerty/CCR. He/they were very influential in rock, pop, and country music, and helped pioneer psychedelic and southern rock.

I was just gonna say Pink Floyd.
Most unique band ever to have achieved the status they did.

Those who convey peace and brotherhood regardless of genre. The horrific lyrics spewed at our youth should be banned, nuff.

You should try coming out of that cave youre hiding in. I dont like music and I know who she is. When a song comes on the radio its everyones favorite game "Ask E the name of the song and the artist". 99% of the time I get it wrong.

What do you all think of Nirvana? I can't stand them and turn the station when they come on but are they one of the greatest?

I think they would have been in the same boat as say Red Hot Chili Peppers. They have been around a long time but no where near great. GnR would be in that boat as well.
