I agree -- as much as I love my smartphone, its quite cumbersome to do things like answer a call.

My generic ringer is the "Fight Tiger" from Univ. Of Mo. '

"Fight tiger fight for ol' Mizzou".

Most family & such of custom ring tones so I know who's calling before I even pick up the phone.

Anyone associated with work gets "Entry of the gladiators".
