Yes AV8R, you're right. We need to kick both the Democrats and Republicans out of office and let the Libertarians, Independents and Green Parties have a shot at it. They certainly can't f*ck it up much worse than it is/has been.

As it stands now, I'm not voting this fall for the first time in 32 years I've been a registered voter. Romney is NOT my man, and certainly Obama is not either.

We're indisputably the wealthiest and most powerful country in the world. That goes a long way towards being #1...

We're also the only country of this size to achieve a nation-wide, 1st-world standard of living for the vast majority of its citizens. (Compare this to similarly populated countries in the world: Indonesian, Brazil, Pakistan, Nigeria, Russia, Bangladesh -- not many of us would want to live with those countries' stats).

No country can be #1 in every field, but the breadth and scale of prosperity and success in this country (of 300 million people) is unparalleled.

That is fading away quickly. If we do not get corporate control out of the government, our country will become just like the many other nations with two classes of people, the ultra wealthy and the ultra poor.
