Vote for Romney, vote for Armageddon USA
By: Delbert
Jul 10, 2012 - 06:07 am
A Vote for Mitt Romney is a vote for Closure of Reaganomics.

Ronnie The Movie Actor, started The American Armageddon, and Mitt will conclude it.
Maybe without a Republican Proxy War,

Mitt might be too busy, dealing with the Mexican Army invading Texas & Arizona three days after he gets the job, to worry about doing a classic Republican Party proxy war, to put boots on the ground, in Luxembourg(?)

Sorry about that you classic Peoria Flag Waving Fools.
You don't even know how to treat the American Flag.
It's not an ornament.

I suggest learning Mexican.
When the Mexicans get passed the Alamo, they are headed
for Chicago, and Peoria, is in the way.
Chicago? I say,....join them.

I can talk Mexican.
But I don't look like a Mexican.

Meanwhile, Mitt will hop on Airforce One, and fly to
Switzerland, to make sure his Krugerands are not really swiss chocalete wrapped in gold foil to look like Kruggerands.

Obama in 2012.
It's going to take at least 8 years to unscrew us,
from, The Clown Prince of The Reagonomics Republican Party,
George DUBYA Bush, let alone, their first handpuppet,
Ronald Reagan.

And now your going to vote for Mitt?
A claassic Republican Businessman, who would probably fail
running a drive through carwash bunker for a living?

Yeah, because there are still entities which need to be deregulated, like he did for the banks and trucking, et al so that the rich can get even MORE rich at the expense of the rest of us, and maybe the corpse of Reagan can destroy the rest of the economy by waging a high priced paper war vs. some other enemy.. that will never actually attack us.....

Good to see that the only thing preventing Reagan from running again is apparently the 22nd Amendment, and not the icy cold grip of death.

@HipKat:

Correction, Jimmy Carter signed the bills that deregulated air cargo (1977), passenger airlines (1978) and railroads and trucking (both 1980). These were about the only good things he ever did.

Compared to almost every other nation, all Americans are "rich," just on different levels. The more economic freedom, fewer regulations and lower tax rates and cost of energy, the more we prosper. When people break the law, punish them, don't try to pre-empt corruption through micromanagement crap like Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank.

Please define the "we". If the "we" are American business owners, then I'd agree. If the "we" are American workers, then not so much. If owners could pay workers $3 an hour to work 12 hour days, 6 days a week, without worrying about pesky issues like "workplace safety" or "the environment" or "employee benefits", I'm sure profits would never be higher... but I doubt we'd consider that an American success story and a sign that the nation is "prospering".

There's more to success than making lots of money.

"We" is the American people...everyone. The free market should decide wages anyway, so your examples are arbitrary and subjective.

It's amazing how union workers long for the glory days of the immediate post-war era (1945-1965) when there was no EPA or OSHA, and energy was cheap.

If you want to retain all of the ridiculuous regulatory micromanagement and environmental agenda that we have today, then goodbye job growth. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
