SUCKS! I wish Newegg carried Ultra products.

I've ordered from Tiger Direct and not had any problems.

What's wrong with it?

Shipping is far too expensive, transit times far too slow.


I paid nearly 10 Dollars in Shipping w/ Transit time of 3 Days from Georgia.

Newegg typically shipping is far less than that, with Transit times from California being 3 days!

Ontop of that, TigerDirect has offices and warehouses in IL, so you get hit with SalesTax. Which I wouldn't of minded so much had they shipped the item from IL!

Newegg: consistently raising the bar of customer service to the point of making all others inferior.

This makes me want to build a new machine, I almost forgot about newegg...

Ya, Unfortunately Newegg doesn't carry Ultra Products. Come to find out, Ultra is owned by the same company as Tiger-Direct. So I am stuck with Tiger for Ultra products, although Amazon does carry some Ultra stuff.

What Ultra products are you talking about?
