I watched the first part of the video and though what dumb asses... its the fake fear of using something that can be dangerous in the wrong amount.
The poison is in the dose. Water at high doses is deadly, yet its a requirement to live. Flouride is the same way. Diets lacking in fluoride have poor bone density and really bad teeth. Flouride occurs naturally in most ground water. Some areas have naturally occuring flouride.. and it helps sequester iron in the water, prevents that orange tinge and rusty flavor. I would be more worried about consuming chlorine, polyphosphates, and endocrine disrupters in the water supply than I worry about flouride. Of course, if we didn't use chlorine, then I would worried about cholera, dysentery, crypto, etc and not drink water at all. A simple filter in the fridge, or a brita pitcher can remove most of the chemical additives, chlorine, flouride and phosphates. I only use a tiny amount of toothpaste and a tube does last me almost a year. The alarmists in the video only fool the ignorant. |

As far as I know the only places to get flouride is tap water and treatments at the dentist. So every single person who grew up and lived most of their life in the country, drinking water from a well with no flouride had to receive constant treatments from the dentist or have completely rotten teeth? I grew up in the country as did a lot of my friends and this just isn't true. Sure, we all use toothpaste with flouride but I think that amount is plenty and no extra is needed in the water. Well water worked fine for all of us and I don't know of any of them who got intense flouride treatments and they all have normal teeth. I think the rhetoric vs. the actual truth are not matching up.
Does anyone on here have friends/family who grew up or still is drinking un-flouridated well water and has normal, healthy teeth? |

Go to Europe. They don't put fluoride in their tap water. Then look at their teeth.
They brush... but that fluoride does make a difference over a lifetime. ... there are also few dental hygienists over there. The ones you do find, were trained here in the states. |

Dr. Oz is one of the few sources I trust. A few months ago he rang the alarm on aresenic in apple juice, much to the anger of the apple industry, and turned out he was right.
Ever since this thread started it has gotten me a little worried about the water we drink. My dog will whine to go outside, and as soon as he is out, find the first source of water to drink from...even though he has a full bowl of clean tap water inside. Strange. |

Just to be clear, you are worried about your water because your dog prefers to drink out of a puddle than his bowl?
