So why did you call out Maher and Schultz for the same thing? It is wrong when they do it but not Rush? At least the women they called names were indeed public figures.

First amendment rights are limited. You can not slander someone. You cannot yell Fire in a crowded theater. And yes there is a different standard for what is acceptable for public figures.

I'm pretty sure that lawyers have already contacted the young lady about a slander lawsuit. Its a high profile case that would get publicity.

No...you didn't. That is not what she said...at all.

No you didn't. In your first post you said "Equally slimy is that girl who gets up in front of Congress and tells the world she wants to have unlimited recreational sex with no responsibility attached and have me and you pay for it."

The problem is, she didn't say that or anything like that. Its false information broadcast over public over waves intended to harm this young women's character. Which sets up the basis for a defamation, slander suit.
