I can see that.

But, saying God always provides... I don't see that.

God's ways are not our ways. His thoughts not our thoughts. His plans, not our plans. His image of our lives not our image for our lives.

None of us can relate to the way God see's things nor can we expect to understand based on our human perspectives.

The years a person starves are immeasurable in the scope of all time, so that suffering is but a blink in the existence of the person who is saved. The person who is saved is fed by the belief that they are saved and have an everlasting life in God's grace waiting for them after this human life ends.

Talking about Jesus, the man, who was extensively written about and God, the creator and binding force in the universe are 2 different things

Once again, this depends on what flavor of Christianity you are following.

Fixed it for you.

There are no "flavors". Like I said before, there are different interpretations, and some are right, some are wrong, but there is one basic truth;

11 Very truly I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony. 12 I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? 13 No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven —the Son of Man.[e] 14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,[f] 15 that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.”[g]

16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God

There is only one flavor of religion that is the truth.(John 10:27) 27 My sheep listen to my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.

There are lots of flavors. There are Methodists, Lutherans, Catholics, Baptists, Jehovah's Witness, etc. etc.

Just because they worship in a different way doesn't mean they aren't worshiping the same god.

Miller and Budweiser are flavors, but they are both beer.

Christianity is just like Baskin Robbins or Ben and Jerry's they add new flavors daily; with each Additional flavor that gains a following "main stream" flavors adapt to try to take in the people that like the new flavor. Thus the new and revised editions of the Bible that appear regularly.

No but you are, do some research on the number of different versions of the Bible. Then do some research on the different beliefs within the Christian religion.

When you have completed that exercise, let me know what flavor you prefer.

Hip chooses the generic brand. All the good basic stuff without the fancy brands.
