Plant question

Anyone know what this is? It's fairly common, and I've got 2 in my yard. I like them but do not know the name.

I can't remember the scientific name, but it's called "Live Forever"...because they pretty much do. It's really easy to separate the plant and start more.You can either start a sprig in water or just cut off a piece and plant it...but keep it watered good until it takes off. And the flower heads dry pretty easily, if you're into that kind of thing.

It looks like a Sedum. : )

Very good drought tolerant plant.
