I'm glad to know this. At a Republican breakfast County Board member Steve Morris was talking about how great this would be for the area. I asked him what the potential concerns might be for a fertilizer plant in the region. He said he wasn't aware of any. Really?

My only concern is that Peoria County economic development officials seem to not realize the plant is going to be built somewhere in Iowa.
