O.K. Why on the Peoria.com Forums

Gov. Quinn signed a bill today banning the sale of shark fins. Why? Is the new state fish Jaws? did we suddenly lose so much of the shoreline that we are now a coastal state? This is just another example of how wasteful Gov. Quinn and the state goons from Chicago are.

And since we don't have concealed carry, we couldn't shoot sharks if we are attacked by them.
