I have my own precise measurement for temperature variation. It's called, "How did my garden do?"
This year, no matter how much I watered, a lot of the plants just burned up from the intense heat and lack of rain.
But remember a few years ago, it was just cool and rainy much of the summer? My plants didn't do great because there just wasn't enough sun.
Now that I think about it, the common denominator appears to be my lack of a green thumb.
Either way, I'm sure it's global warming, and cap and trade is the only fix!
