Thanks HipKat I have found one that I like just find it hard to keep up. Todays world wants to keep me busy so I cant keep up with my spiritual needs. We have a wonderful organization that takes care of our spiritually. I just need to get back on track. God is Great Jehovah provides all that I need just I have to many worldly distractions. I know thats what satan wants and he is working really hard to keep me buried in this world. If it was just to go to say I go to church it would be fine but I know that it takes more than just being there, We are living in the last days and we are to preach the good news that is the prophecy of the Bible, not what man wants to preach but of God Jehovahs Kingdom. Very soon we will see Gods hand and all will praise him.What a wonderful thought. Amen.

Exactly which of the Last Days are we talking about? Just so I know which prophecy to read in the JW religion.

I truly think that we've been in the last days for many many years. As we all can agree, the 7 days that God used for creation is probably not 7 earthly human days and as such, the "last Days" or the second coming of Christ, I think is already in the works. Things in Revelations have already happened. Some things are just happening now and more is yet to come.

I don't think that Armageddon is going to be an all of a sudden event, but a transitional period that will start with the decline of morality (done), the excess of greed and suppression by world leaders, (happening), et al

people have been preaching about the final days for centuries, "the end times are coming"... have you ever heard of a self-fulfilling prophecy? the world doesn't have to end, not if we work to improve it instead of anticipating the return of your savior. that's a very destructive state of mind.

Destructive state of mind? It isn't anymore destructive than your delusional thinking that "we can all work together to improve the world." We can't even agree on this forum.

The last days is not just in our religion its from Gods word the Bible/////(2 Peter 3:2-4) . . .. 3 For YOU know this first, that in the last days there will come ridiculers with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires 4 and saying: “Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep [in death], all things are continuing exactly as from creation’s beginning.”
Yes there are many Watchtower writings on this its to prepare us for whats to come.

HipKat for a long time when i read the Bible i thought of those days as being a day. But i found that a day with Jehovah is like 1000 years so to put our time with this it is not possible to think of. 1000 years we are lucky to see 100 in our life. The last days started in 1914 when Jesus took his spot as King events have lead us to where we are today. Yes the world powers are having a hard time keeping people at bay or controlled we dont want to be dominated we like the freedom that we dont have. Also we have to remember that Jesus is going to rule over us with the 144,000 for 1000 years and then he will hand the kingdom over to Jehovah.

True the world will never end just the things in the world God has made that promise. There is nothing wrong with the world its just the people in the world. Greed has taken over has made good people bad give them a little and they want allot. Soon our money or gold silver wont be worth any thing people will have to strive for themselves. There wont be no control over whats going to happen. We cant fix whats broken man cannot rule over man we can keep our selves happy so how can we keep every one else happy.
