This isn't Wisconsin. Kids should not be left alone hanging outside of bars while their parents do shots.

Kids don't belong in bars...period!

I used to live in Wisconsin, yet wasn't old enough to go to the bars and my parents never took me to any either.

Truth is, none of us know what the circumstances turned out to be. Were you right to call the police, sure.
Do we know the parents were inside doing shots or shooting smack, NO! We don't. Probably shouldn't be putting spins on things we don't know the whole story on. My Father owned a bar, I spent time in as a child. That was a LOOOONG time ago. Times have changed.
Still, we don't know all the facts.

there is a mom in the neighborhood im watchen my friends girl at who has a 3 yr old who wonders the place . i almost hit him today . the mother is a worthless human . some people shouldnt have kids
