I don't know but the last time we were there about two weeks ago we got the worst service I have ever had in the food industry- that includes fast food!!! I will never go there again. The waiter took our order wrong and came back with something we did not order and the manager told us that there would be no exchange- I told him I was not exchanging- just wanted what I ordered. He told me no exchanges afte the food was prepared.
This went on for about 30 minutes until my 13 month old was crying- my 4 year old was going nuts and my wife was pissed. No help ever came our way.

Bennigans is horrible.

They do have huge service problems at Bennigans. The food is good, but if they do happen to get your order right, they take forever giving your bill, or your change.

The place was right across the street from where I worked and it was the last place we would pick for lunch. Eventually I did figure out to make sure that I had exact change and not wait for the bill, I could eat lunch there.

How are they still in business?

Hotel business/room service I assume.

I know the former owner of the hotel wanted to close this part, and create a more open bar and eating facility. Complete with an outdoor patio. We actually drew a concept for it. The new owner doesn't return phone calls....so not sure what they have planned.
