If cc passes under what circumstances should a crime victim be allowed to shoot the offender? I totally get if someone is attempting to attack, rape, shoot, stab or those sort of things then absolutely shoot them. How about if someone is attempting to steal my purse? Should I be able to shoot them? How about if I see someone shoplifting?

How about if they are endangering your life or that of a third party. Property crimes, not so much. Fear for your life or another life, yep. Bang bang.

I've thought this whole gun thing through for many years, I would probably have to get shot before I'd pull my gun out and kill someone, if all they are after is money, I'd either give it to them, tell them no, or pounce on 'em, just depends on the situation.

If all they were wanting, was to kick my butt, and they could, I'd probably take quite a beating before I pulled a gun out.

I think the key to the law, is if you feel your life or someone elses life is in danger, then you can use your gun, but I'm really not sure, I would need to take a class to learn what's what.
