The Fridge went back and forth pretty violently with his weight. His final listed playing weight was 335. That weight range is pretty common now, but one thing that is far different now is the guys that weigh that much now? They're built like brick sh1thouses. I think it's safe to say that Perry was built more like a marshmallow.
Edit - marshmallow probably isn't the best term. I certainly wouldn't want to get hit by that marshmallow!
The Fridge and The Freezer (aka BJ Raji) are virtually identical in height and weight. The thing is, Raji doesn't have the reputation for being HUGE now like Perry did back then. It's because, now, all the guys around Raji are bigger. Perry was an icon becasue he was a monster in comparison to the guys around him and the rest of the guys in the league.
Guess there are some issues with the Tebow trade to the Jets. Don't know if Santonio Holmes will be pissed or more pissed about that. (He and Sanchez had words last year several times and as a deep pass threat, Tebow has no arm.)
