UPDATE:

I was recently informed that my company has been removed from the Peoria CLEAR-WIN (Lead abatement program), after meeting all of the requirements and procedures for acceptance. It appears that Civil Assistant State's Attorney Gabelhausen (kinda sounds like a Nazi), had my company removed, after the phone conversation over my payment. I don't think that this post helped the matter either.

Point of the matter is: Ther are processes to again entry to the bidding for said jobs, as well as a process to be removed. If I did not submit a request to be removed from said list, WHY was I.

Maybe I might do better asking a Nazi, because my request to meet with the Peoria County Admionistrator has fell on deaf ears, although I have been escorted and witnessed by my personal security force. supplied by the Peoria County Sheriff's Office, courtesy of Mr. Jim Ludoff(Chief of Security- Peoria County).

Who is the current Peoria County Administrator, that would allow their county's best (PERFECT) abatement provider to be manipulated so.

Not to mention the now infamous, bare-faced LIE that was told on me by the former Peoria County Administrator (Patrick Urich), which caused my company near fatal damage (by design). It's pretty clear that Peoria is accustom to developing average Negroes. When the AA cream starts to rise, well look around and see what happens. (Maybe that's what Lathan's problems stem from).

There's a pattern developing (actually it has been nurtured since at least Richard Pryor's time). Those stories made him famous. "That NGuy was Crazy".

Peoria's future lead abatement (State and Federal) funding could be in jeopordy, if this seperate, unequal treatment persist.

I'm off to talk to the Governor's Office, to document my plight, they supplied the CLEAR-WIN funds.

Also my trial is set for June 11, 2012. If the ASA wants to do some unauthorized work, when don't he see about quashing the Bullchit case that being pressed against me where my son assaulted me, my report wasn't taken but he was cooerced to file a complaint against me (taht the SA office continues to press, althought the complaintant doesn't).

If my name was Zimmerman, I could have shot and killed my son for such an offense.

Yes. I've seen all that. I thought I had read she was from chicago, so I did some googling. She was originally from North Carolina, but she has worked in Oak Forest, IL and San Diego, CA.
