That's why I don't get too 'long in the tooth' here. No one reads it anyway.

good point. That one made me chuckle. However if they look good, have a nice body and are dumb as a rock would you still slap it?

You're reading too fast again, Christi. I didn't post what you were responding to. Your blondeness is showing again.

She's blaming me for your post, Seal.

Us guys don't have the energy to fight and bicker. We usually get started with the fight, then decide to just sit down and have a beer together.

"felt it odd that a complete stranger would offer to be your **** buddy"

First I want to say that I don't think i'm "all that" but nearly every band job I do there are girls, complete strangers, offering to be just that. Again, you can be the ugliest man on the planet and play in a band and get girls, (keith richards,)no big feat there. BUT it's ME that determines how I proceed. C'mon, you've worked in bars, you are an adult, you know how it works. If you like a guy and choose to sleep with him, it's YOUR choice. He can't sleep with you without your concent, thats rape. SO, again, go with your feeling. Ya wanna "buddy" fine, if not don't. It's not rocket science. If you want a relationship, hold out for that. It's YOUR call. You get to decide.

Hmmmmm… you know better SC.. you don’t sleep with the bar groupies they just want a bartender notch on their belt or a chance to collect the “pot”. Either way, I didn’t give it to them. Though I suppose the experiences I received while tending bar gave me the outlook I have. I did have such a “buddy” once.. he was a bartender too. We looked out for each other and perhaps it’s why I managed to spend my 20’s free and single. I never had any trouble turning off the emotions then, just not sure I’m capable of it anymore. And your correct, a complete stranger making such an offer is an insult. He’s no friend of mine. But there are all kinds out there, which by the way is/was the original intent of this thread. Datings changed quite a bit. You should have seen the guy who called me a submissive then tried to choke me with the vilest kiss I’ve ever experienced. I sure hope that one don’t come back to haunt me.

Catch up SAHM.. it’s an interesting read.
