a smoked turkey, cranberry relish, bib lettuce sandwich on a yeast roll as leftovers around 7 PM

My sister's pumpkin pie...for breakfast on Friday.

The synthetic cranberry gel goop, that MUST be served on its side, sliced in "can form."

I make scalloped oysters which I LOVE! Everyone else hates them which makes me happy cause then there's more for me!

I really LOVE stuffing. I like the crusty edge... so much so, that I started baking the stuffing in muffin tins, so there are more crusty edges. (I like my stuffing with chopped apples and nuts too)

I also really like pumpkin pie, sweet potato casserole, anything with gravy... YUM!

@JeepPilot, my kids would NOT let me get away w/o cran sauce from a can, and pickled beets. (yuck on the beets!!)

I'm making an apple sage sausage cornbread stuffing, same as last year since everyone loved it. Hadn't thought of the muffin tins - thx, @joepyeweed!

@JnJ, heard a woman on NPR the other day talking about an oyster dish they only had once a year at thanksgiving. It was oysters and saltiness, and some kind of cream sauce. Never heard of oysters for t-day before!

The stuffing ( no celery in it please ), turkey gravy on most everything lol. My Grandmother would make the best Scalloped Corn at Thanksgiving and candied apples using Red Hot Candies.

Turkey... and lots of it.

Yams with the marshmellows on top, oyster dressing and pecan pie.

Oops... almost forgot the mashed potatoes and gravy.

Cold beer. (And lots of that too.)

That pretty much covers it.
