@JeepPilot, my kids would NOT let me get away w/o cran sauce from a can, and pickled beets. (yuck on the beets!!)
I'm making an apple sage sausage cornbread stuffing, same as last year since everyone loved it. Hadn't thought of the muffin tins - thx, @joepyeweed!
@JnJ, heard a woman on NPR the other day talking about an oyster dish they only had once a year at thanksgiving. It was oysters and saltiness, and some kind of cream sauce. Never heard of oysters for t-day before!
