Felony theft of government property is what I was told. Anyone know how that works for kids who are of grade school age?

Poor helpless creatures, and not the four legged ones.

News said that the zoo officials are not pressing charges.

In Peoria County? Probably the same if they held up a liquor store with an Uzi. Plead/Reduce charges to nothing, have fun with your 1 year probation.
