I vaguely remember the old courthouse so that might be the early 60s or even the late 50s. I do remember going on a field trip in high school and sitting in on the Richard Speck trial at the courthouse.
It would also be really neat if anyone had either pictures of the inside and/or the outside of the old library downtown. There were some neat architectural features in that old building which was torn down to build a new one which itself was renovated a few years ago.
