When does a yardsale become a business? If you have a junksale everyday of the week for more than a month is it a business?

Each city/state is different, you could check your local codes for specific requirements. I would think that time span is definitely beyond yard sale parameters though. Especially if they are purchasing property with the intention of resale. Try filing a complaint.

hook- definently check with city hall about this. I don't recall what they were, but there are regulations as to how many yard sales a property can have.

Once a year should be enough, twice is pushing it, any more than that and you are living next to an inconsiderate hillbilly and you need to stop them before the trailer creep gets on your house and drags its value down.
