witts Italian seasoning add a lot of fennel and half the crushed red.

We get ours from Schnucks...

I've used Hyvee, but also bought Bird Farm?.. in the roll. Both I've always 'doctored' up. More fennel, more herbs.. I'm used to the sausage on the pizzas in St. Louis..love that stuff!

meanjarhead, where do you get the Witt's seasoning? I had never heard of it before.

@AnneC: Wegmans carries it Zingermans and , Whole Food probably have it too and some people order it online. Stonewall Kitchen is another possible source.It is well worth the effort to find it.
