I've used Hyvee, but also bought Bird Farm?.. in the roll. Both I've always 'doctored' up. More fennel, more herbs.. I'm used to the sausage on the pizzas in St. Louis..love that stuff!

Thanks for all the suggestions. We had some from Schnucks tonight, and I wasn't impressed.

Wegmans carries it Zingermans and , Whole Food probably have it too and some people order it online. Stonewall Kitchen is another possible source.
 
It is well worth the effort to find it.
