Regardless of your political leanings how do you feel that that the Romney campaign has done so far? Do you feel that he has answered questions regarding his taxes well, rolled out Ryan and answered the questions about the Ryan budget, or picked a good vp?

He needs to release the taxes, they're a red herring that the dems are using as an effective distraction. His VP choice appears to be spot on by the polls, but this could be an early bounce. I think McCain got an initial bounce out of Palin as well, and we know how that turned out.
Ryan ain't Palin though. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out. Frankly at this point I don't want Romney to win, but I DO want Obama to lose. Does that make sense? |

sort of a "my enemies enemy is my friend" sort of theory. Although I wouldn't say Obama is my enemy. Never met the man, and I'm sure he's a good father and loves his family. I disagree with his policies as the president though.

As far as his taxes go I think he should release them...he nad his wife seem a little whiney when they try to explain why they aren't releasing them. I feel bad for Romney, in all sincerity, because he is being punished for being successful. I do feel it is good for America to see how the rich pay/don't pay their taxes though...that is a subject that should be on the table. Unfortunately for Romney it is happening now.
I think Ryan was a good choice...I don't agree with him but he appears to be a man of principle...even though he voted for Tarp, the auto bailout, and the medicare prescription bill. I wish we could take this opportunity to really discuss entitlement reform, it is something that must be done, but instead of that happening it is nothing but accusations, lies, and distortions...from both sides. |

I frankly don't give a damn about his taxes. I'm still waiting to hear what he's going to do once he takes office. I want to hear his plans, his policies, etc.....
TBH, I think that keying on his tax returns is mostly just Democratic obstructionism in the same light as the Republicans have been doing vs Obama ref; Birth Certificate, relgious beliefs, school records, etc.... A total waste of effort. I have a feeling I'll be waiting a long time * This message has been revised. |

Ryan has deep roots, he worked for Boehner while a student. One of his early mentors was a Libertarian, and he studied Hayeck, VonMises and Friedman economists that certainly influences Ryans present policies as Governor. Romney didn't choose Ryan, the Master did.
As always, the falacy is the intellects staunch theory that the State can provide or cause cultural conditions leading to a willing, consentual citizenry when its services are ultimately provided at the barrel of a gun. 1,300,000 laws on the books and more felons on the streets than any other place, welcome to the USA |

What I never understood, and don't to this day.. is WHY he isn't releasing them? He's told us what Tax % he pays, and we know how rich he is.. So why again hasn't he released them?
technically speaking, he'd of saved a lot of time just releasing the documents instead talking about it all the time, does he need some training on time-management? Maybe some better organisational skills? and the Ryan pick, I didn't like Ryan before the pick. He has a lot to say about domestic cuts, but is all but silent when it comes to the out of control war (empire), spending. Where is the Tea-party at? Why aren't they up in arms about this guy? * This message has been revised. |

The Romney campaign is trying to run on the "Presidents failed record"... however I don't think the American people are so stupid that they do not know who caused the recession in the first place and who is blocking any and all attempt for the government to do anything about it.

Never underestimate the stupidity of the American voter. For proof, look no further than the current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania avenue, and who put him there.

W was elected... however he was elected by the "system" and not the voters.
He would not have been elected if the State of Florida hadn't purged thousands of eligible voters from their voter registration list. Its a tactic that is still being used today. The "system" is manipulated by the parties, both democrat and republican. I think its easier to manipulate the system with modern computer systems than it was in the past. You couldn't just purge a voter roll when they were paper documents held in each county. Did Ohio fix their early voting problems, yet? I haven't been following that closely. * This message has been revised. |

And if Bill Clinton has not enacted the assault weapon ban, Al Gore would have won his home state and the Oval Office.
It's all relative to something. Like the theory about a butterfly flapping its wings in China and a hurricane here in America 3 months later....all bull****. |
