Can't sleep. Fell asleep around 8PM now I'm wide awake

I had a venti iced coffee at 5:30...and I am regretting it now.

I had a horrid day at work, not technically challenging, People. Dealing with People is always a challenge for me. A Classic Introvert here.

So, with the stress of all that, I was out at 8PM lol.

I drove up near Chicago today to train a new client and DREADED it. I thought it would be a disaster so I was a bundle of nerves on the way up. It went better than I could've ever imagined but I was so tired after that I had to have the coffee to make the drive home.

I am going into the office in the morning for a few hours so I will have to get another coffee in the morning.

I've been dealing with people for 30+ years in the restaurant business and it is still a challenge for me. People are always figuring out new and innovative ways to get under my skin.

Why work, Uncle Samm wants to give you money for free. Simply identify with one of many "special" droopy-pants and put your hand out. Unions do it, business does it and so do I.

I'll take sleep any way I can get it.
