Howard Lundell Construction in Morton (309) 263-3539. He has put in a lot of my windows and has done other remodeling projects in my home. Always call him when I need something done I can't do myself.

I'm doing marketing for a local contractor that is licensed, very good, and priced fairly.

Plus, I could use the few bucks I make for setting up the lead.

I've used Clint Cawley. Excellent work, fair price (and he's not bad to look at either.) ;-)

There's a guy on here who I hear does some pretty good lead paint abatement work, if that's what you're looking for...

Sterling, even if that was what I was looking for I wouldn't call that guy if he was the last man on earth.

Right now, we are just wanting to get estimates to see what it will cost to get the work done, this is what we need, a small bathroom built in the basement, two walls, small closet and a door built in the basement, a staircase built up to my attic, the ceiling and floors finished in the attic, it needs to be divided into 2 rooms and walls/closets/doors built, ductwork run up there and redo the roof to put in a window.

You need 4 guys not 1.
