Offend on the Peoria.com Forums

Since so many people get their feelings hurt so easily please list the things that offend you in this thread. I am doing this in my quest to make PDC the boring la la pixie land that some of you wish for it to become.

How about listing the things that don't offend. ???? That list might be shorter for those doing the offending easier to navigate.

People who can't stay on topic. I can't wait until Thursday, btw - not only is it the first round of the Masters, but it's the Cub's opening day!!

Why people get offended by things on here is beyond me...I get annoyed at things but I usually just let them go. I don't flag posts unless there is something that personally attacks someone. Can't we just be grown-ups?

I only flag moderators for perfectly legitimate posts.

OK, people who read between the lines. Comment on what was posted, not what you *think* someone said, what they were trying to say or how you tried to interpret it. If it isn't in "black print in a little box on your computer screen", it wasn't said or implied.

Hmm..Chef, I'm going to disagree with you. I think there is a lot said between the lines on pdc. Especially in the Community Agreement.

Back in the early years of PDC before most of you were here, there was a certain individual who was notorious for interpretation and reading into what was typed and it was impossible to have a reasonable/rational debate with this person. I was arguing for things I didn't even type trying to justify myself. I just quit.

If someone has to read between the lines to determine a secret, interpretive meaning and then go verbally bash happy for it, they need to find a new hobby.

I am offended by posts that ask for a list of things that offend. :-)

Nothing offends me. I do have a little thing about people being dishonest. As for the TOS, I have little use for it.

I seem to offend somebody with every keystroke. I'm probably offending someone right now.

People who can't handle the dark side of life and try to pretend it doesn't exist by censoring comments is the only thing I'm offended by on here
