When you had to wait until you were 16 years of age to go on a date with a guy. Then, he had to ask your dad, first. Sometimes the parents would go along on the date or even drive to wherever you were going on the date to make sure you were having safe fun(Guys didn't enjoy this idea as much as the girls)! I really enjoyed "good manners" and "common courtesy" too! Oh yes, modest dressing anywhere you go even on the beach! This was before the thong and the revealing cleavage was in vouge to show the entire world lol! I see the "crack of dawn" every where I go today even at the Mall, now! With cell phones today, I even know everyone's bra size, lol!

No air conditioning, too cool off you took a ride in the country and slept on the porch

I remember getting a 2 Cent ( is there no cent key on a keyboard anymore?) refund on all soda pop bottles. My girlfriends and I kept Sunnyland clean of all pop bottles. used the money to buy 15 cent gasoline to go to East Peoria
