I volunteered in Abby's kindergarten class today and I was so amazed by the kids...they were so cute, so well behaved, and so enthusiastic about everything the teacher did. I am so amazed by her teacher and how well she engages the kids.
I am a happy mamma today! |

Sounds like a good morning for you and I'm sure Abby was thrilled you could be with her.
I'm making treats for all 3 kids October/Fall parties at the end of the month. I need some new ideas!! |

I made these ghosts on broomsticks last year. Easy to make and the kids loved them. |

I gave 2 per kid but I wasn't the only one who provided treats.

My niece brought worms and dirt to school as her birthday treat last week. Chocolate pudding topped with crushed oreos and gummy worms. I found a picture online:
http://delightfuldessert.blogspot.com/2009/09/dirt-a It would make a pretty good hallow ween treat. |

Leslie, just a heads up but by the time the kids get to 5th grade they're not that excited about being at school anymore. Enjoy these early years.
