Anybody read this book?

Fairly interesting read, if you are actual interested in learning what religion throughout history has been.

Who's the author? And could you provide a little more insight into what you mean specifically about the history of religion? Are you speaking in a "Davinci Code" sort of way or what?

The book was wrote by Alexander Hislop.

It compares the early Sumerian mythos with Catholicism, and Christianity in general.

I find it interesting to study and read about "religions" and how they compare to one another..I think it is important to understand others beliefs as much as you can in order to understand where they are coming from.

Thanks. It actually does sound interesting. I think I should have majored in theology as all that stuff really interests me.
