Bill Blasek at Kelleher’s Irish Pub and Eatery wants to assure the public that the flooding and possible closures of Water Street DOES NOT affect the portion of Water Street south of Hooters. This area of Water Street is outside the flood plain and should be clear and open through State Street and beyond - all businesses will continue to be accessible in that area.

Did anyone think to warn them they had a possible party of 40 about to invade tomorrow around 7 pm?

So what time are we all getting there? Should I bus it down there or does anyone one wanna give me a lift??? OR, if you think it's expensive to eat there, maybe hit up Steak n Shake or something first???

I plan to go straight there after work Kat, around 6:20(ish) depending on how long it takes to get there. If you're able to bus it I'd recommend you do and I'll give you a lift home unless you get a better offer If you need a lift in I can swing by but I am worried if we don't get someone there early enough there may be a problem. This get together has been unusual as I have not had as many definite confirmations but an awful lot of votes. I always expect the possibility there may be one or two bring guests and one or two no show. Who knows there could be 20 or 40 show. Regardless, I know there will be some who leave early, and hopefully we can rotate chairs for those who show late. I've received a few pm's about people not making it until 10 or later. I imagine that is when the real party begins.

I saw the menu and did not think it was too expensive Kat.

A few people have said they will be there early, but the original plan was 7 - 7:30.

OK, the bus us no problem. It's a short walk from the bus station

it's on the same "cost" level as maybe an Applebees or other type of restaurant.

I change my vote to Old Chicago on stilts.

By then it might be nice enough to chill on Khouri's new patio!
