Got all the fixins for my jambalaya. Gonna whip up a batch and take it to work. Now to find some Dixie Blackened Voodoo Lager....mmmmmmmmm.......

Chef, check Friar Tuck, they usually have the Dixie VooDoo Lager. I made Gumbo last week. Mmmmm. Found that Andouille sausage, made a big difference. Thanks for the heads up on that.

Just whipped up the Jambalaya. Not my best, but it is still damned tasty!

Thanks for the heads up on the Voodoo. I checked while at UFS and didn't see any.

I cheated with the gumbo, had some leftover gravy from Popeyes, and used it for my Roux. Turned out great.
