COMMENTS Comment by: Peoria resident on Jan. 16th, 2008 - 10:27am I quite often use the main branch library for research and enjoyment reading. On most occasions the main floor is filled with people who pile the tables full with coats and backpacks, are loud and obnoxious and quite frankly smell like they havent had a bath in some time. I know there is security there but nothing seems to be said to them. I dont know the librarys rules are concerning this but I beleive this is a matter that needs to be addressed. Thank you.
